When you request a free resource, download, or scorecard, or submit our contact form, we ask for information that may include your name, email address, company name, job role, current WMS platform, number of warehouses, and a description of your operational challenges.

We also collect limited, non-identifying usage data through cookieless analytics, such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, and device type. We do not collect sensitive personal information, payment details, or any data beyond what you voluntarily provide through our forms.

2. Email Verification

When you submit a form to access a free resource, we validate the email address you provide. We reject submissions that use addresses that are not in a valid email format or that originate from known temporary or disposable email services. This is to ensure our resources reach real people and to protect the integrity of our communications. Verification links expire after 24 hours.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Verify your email address and deliver the resource, download, or scorecard you requested.
• Follow up with you once about your specific operational situation, where relevant.
• Respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form.
• Improve the content and resources we offer based on aggregate trends.

We will send at most one follow-up communication related to the resource you requested. We do not add you to a marketing list or send recurring promotional emails without your separate, explicit consent. You may opt out of further emails from us at any time by replying to the email or contacting us using the information in Section 13.

4. Service Providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, each limited to performing its service on our behalf:

• Formspree processes contact form submissions.
• Supabase stores form submissions and email verification records.
• Resend delivers transactional emails, such as verification messages.
• Plausible provides cookieless website analytics. Plausible data is aggregated and anonymized and is hosted in the EU.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as necessary to operate the website, with your consent, or as required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Information you submit is stored in our customer database hosted on Supabase. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Email verification links expire after 24 hours. We retain form submissions and related records only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the resources you requested, respond to your inquiries, and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time under Section 8.

7. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service, to understand how visitors find and use the site. This data is anonymous and aggregated and does not identify you personally.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request that we provide access to, correct, or delete the personal information we have collected from you at any time. You may also opt out of further communications from us. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 13 or through our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. California Privacy Rights

This section supplements the rest of this policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as your name and email address.
• Professional or employment-related information, such as your company, role, and current WMS platform.
• Commercial information, such as the resources you request from us.
• Internet or electronic network activity, in aggregated, anonymized form, through cookieless analytics.

We collect this information directly from you and from our analytics provider, and we use it for the purposes described in Section 3. We share it only with the service providers listed in Section 4.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising or profiling. We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, where supported by your browser.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request correction or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us or use our contact form. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external resources such as Google Sheets workbooks or LinkedIn pages. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
